We will set up a new line for your office. This comes with a local phone number which you will forward your calls to at the end of the day or during lunch/meetings. It is recommended that you speak with your phone provider about system down call forwarding. This way if your service goes down your calls will automatically come to us.
We will speak with the patient and gather all necessary information for the call. We then can either send the on call provider a message or connect them directly through an attended call transfer depending on your customized protocols.
